Erik Dunn has one sweet spot to shred next door to his house. I went out there late last year to shred his ramps with a few of the other guys that came out on that cold day and it was a blast with a BBQ going, tunes, and of course bikes.
This year Erik has got a ton of new ramps thanks to Tyler Coatsworth and the setup is now legit better then alot of the skateparks in the area. So for getting all these new ramps is was only due that there should be a jam to celebrate.
Here's all the info:
When: Saturday, April 30th
Time: 1:00pm to 11:30pm
Where: 183 International Street, Lasalle, Ontario.
There will be a large game of B.I.K.E going on during the jam with three separate classes.
Beginner
$2 gets you in
winner takes all
Intermediate
$2 gets you in
Winner takes all
Expert
$4 gets you in
1st - 50%
2nd - 35%
3rd - 15%
If we know you are sandbagging, you will be pushed up a class.

Gabe Truax - 2011 Inflow Edit
Gabe has been killin' it for a few years now and by the looks of his new edit he doesn't seem to be slowing down one bit. Brody Huk did an awesome job behind the camera and editing to make this one of the best edits I've seen this year!
Watch out for Gabe this year and years to come.

Sour Fever - James Barton 40 Min. Session
James is so good on a bike, that every edit he puts out has some kind of new trick in it. Out of the ones I've seen so far this one definitely tops the list. Smooth, stylish and dialed is how I would describe his riding and you'll see why right here.

Old Pictures
I just happen to be going through some pictures yesterday for a friend and came across a few that never got to see the light of day that are pretty funny.
They were all taken sometime around last August/September at the little blue park in Sarnia, Ontario. Hop tricks are always a fun time! haha

Garrett Reynolds Unstoppable
Everyone in BMX knows that Garrett is on a completely different level of riding then everyone else. Every web edit, video part, and now a simple "where you at" can't be matched. He can barspin anything and throw one into any trick he wants.
Stylish, smooth, and dialed!

Blunt Scooters - Brendon Smith 2011 Edit
I first seen this edit posted on Facebook and ussually when someone posts a scooter video it's either a painful crash or one crazy edit of tricks. This one happened to be one of those crazy edits so I thought I would upload it on here for everyone to check out.
There is some stuff in this that I'm sure you'll rewind to see it again:

Dan Orchard Photography
While I was in London last week doing some riding, I met up with my friend Dan like I mentioned before and he was down to shoot some photos over the china gap. He's been real busy latley working with the city of London, running 2 websites and working at The Boardshop so for him to take some time out of his day to shoot was a real treat.
After firing off a bunch of different tricks over the gap including No-Footed Cans, Tailwhips, Barspins, Tuck No Handers it was the most basic trick of them all that really stood out... a 360.

Sour Hour w/ Steven Moxley
Steven just recently got officially put on the Colony team and to start it off Justen Soule met up with him a few weeks ago to film this Power Hour. There has been alot of talk about it, and everyone was kinda wondering where it has been, the wait is no longer.
Packed full of bangers and tech tricks like you've come to expect from Steven and rockin' the Sour Fever "Feel Young" tee. Here is one hell of a Power Hour with Steven Moxley!

Jayde Cunningham & Alex Passa TRP edit
I've been real busy with traveling around southwestern Ontario in the past couple days and have had trouble getting on here. The good part about that is that I do have photos and videos that will be coming up very shortly.
This edit is old now and was filmed a couple months ago but was only uploaded onto Facebook and I was unable to get it up on the site. Alex and Jayde both throw down some serious moves and theres some clips of Scott Neilson aswell. Will Passa took the time to upload it to Vimeo so I could get it up on here:

London Trip - Day 3
Day 3 of the London Trip was horrible as far as wind goes this time and decided to not even try riding. Still went down to the parks to see if anything was going down then after some time we all decided to head to a party and drink some brews. No photos were taken but good times were had.
I'll leave ya today with a fun little video of Josinah Makotoko.
Nate and I stayed at Josinahs house during our London travels were we watched her destroy Super Mario for Super Nintendo and also shreds on a board daily. Josinah has been wanting to Ollie the 6 stair at Kiwanis for a while now and got it done.
Congrats!

London Trip - Day 2
The second day of the little London trip is all finished up and this one had a little bit more excitement then the first. After waking up late and watching Nate play The Sims 3 for a couple hours we headed out to Kiwanis skatepark to ride and film a few clips. Our buddy Dan Orchard met up with us to shoot some pictures (once he has them posted I'll be sure to throw them up on the site). Since we just filmed some stuff at Kiwanis, I didn't take the time to get the camera out to shoot some photos and we eventually headed over to the White Oaks Mall to kill some time.
After spending a while looking at a bug exhibit we headed over The Barrics skatepark as I hoped to snag a few photos for the day. Everytime I go to The Barrics there is always someone there throwin down some moves. I was stoked when I seen Jarrett there cause I knew he would be down to throw some moves for the camera and as he locked in the nose manual above I pushed the button.
This one may look like just an ordinary Smith to any of those that don't know Jarretts style of riding but to those that do know its something completely different.
Jarrett locks in a perfect Feeble to hop over Opposite Smith going down.
To finish the night off I got Justin to do one of the gaps he was doing throughout the day into the sunset.

London Trip - Day 1
Nate and I drove up to London to do some riding yesterday and during that time managed to get a couple good shots. We came up with the intent on staying just for the day but as things came up we've decided to make it into a little trip and stay for a few days. Here are a couple of the photos I shot yesterday to start it off.
All these guys I just met today and were nice enough to throw out some tricks down the set, this first one of Justin is one of my favorite tricks to watch and he had them dialed! Props on stickin it Justin.
Justin Tomasi - Hardflip |
Jeffrey McBurney - Bone Ollie |
Jeff was throwin down a bunch of tricks over this set but this picture just goes to show that even a simple Ollie can make all the difference.
Tristan Chambers - 360 Flip |
Tristan came up to me and asked if I would be putting these on facebook and was more then willing to fire a few of these out for me to catch.
Right before all the guys above showed up, the park was pretty empty so I set up my flashes and got Nate to take a photo of me.

Tilbury Skatepark Photos
I went out to Wheatley skatepark again yesterday to ride for a bit but it was brutally windy so headed to Tilbury hopeing for it to be a little less but we were wrong. The wind was still brutal and making everything hard to ride but even still I managed to walk away with some decent shots I was happy with.
Jason was going hard for that Feeble to Whip pictured above which gave me time to set up and get a shot I was happy with.
After riding all day, everybody was starting to get tired slowly.
Luckily Ian was down to do this rail one more time for my lens to capture, it might not be street but it is pegless so it evens out. haha
Plus he's a ginger so he gets extra cred for that!
I shot another photo of Jason trying the Feeble to Whip but have been really hesitant on posting it due to the blurryness of it. I showed Jason and he liked it so I figured I'd upload it here.

Eric Favot Takes 1st Place at Jomo 2011
The 2011 JomoShowdown just finished up yesterday but this year was a little different then the previous years, being that their was no Pro class in order to show off more of the unknown riders.
Good friend and rider Eric Favot stepped his game up after qualifying 6th in Expert park to take home the Gold with a 1st Place win! Not to mention Eric just recently got 4th place in his first ever Flatland competition the day before.
Great weekend, and congratulations Eric!

Jayde Cunningham A-Burg Edit
I met up with Jayde yesterday at the Amherstburg skatepark to film a little edit with him since I know he has been progressing like mad latley. I forgot that he just recently broke his finger but that didn't slow him down one bit when it came time to film.
Watch out for this kid in the future, you'll be seeing alot more of him I'm sure!
Oh and did I mention he's only 15?!

Wheatley Skatepark Photos
Just the other day Ian Taggart came out to Cottam to pick me up and we went out to shred Wheatly Skatepark for a few hours. When we first got there the wind was ridiculous and it was extremely cold out but after riding for about an hour the sun decided to eventually come out.
Its been a long time now since I shot some BMX photos because of winter so I wanted to get the camera out to take a few shots of Ian, he delivered some solid pegless tricks for the camera.

Justin Guignard at Forest Glade
It was a perfect day out yesterday and everyone was making their way out to the Forest Glade skatepark to enjoy some riding.
Justin came out after he was done work and he happen to get there not long after I watched my buddy Corey have to be taken away by ambulance unfortunately (heal up quick buddy) so I wasn't in the riding mood at the time and decided to film a little sumthin sumthin with him.
This is what we got:

Evan Voss
I'm kinda going out of the ordinary here and posting something from someone I do not know personally but I really really liked this edit and wanted to share it with everyone.
Evan Voss put this edit together, most of it is self-filmed, some of the best setups I've seen, big rails and he wears a helmet!

Matt Weatherill Edit
Matt hit me up the other day looking for song ideas for his new edit he was working on but its hard to pick a song when you don't know the type of riding.
Either way, he came through with a really solid edit for Sour Fever Clothing!

Power Hour - Chase Davidson
Last saturday Rizzis Bike & Skatepark hosted there last competition aswell as there farewell MTB/BMX all nighter jam.
Unfortunately I had stuff going on during the day and couldn't make it out to the MTB contest but from what I've heard Evan Roth took home 1st place in AM, and Andrew Bigelow took home 1st in Pro.
I ended up getting to the park around midnight during the all nighter jam and met up with my good friend Cody Sisler. Cody broke his leg about a month ago now so wasn't able to ride but was down to film some clips and within an hour we came up with enough clips to make a small Power Hour.

To Wheels - Jack Leonard Edit
Jack has been riding for To Wheels Bike Shop in London, Ontario now for quite sometime now, and with good reason. Everytime I watch this kid ride he's getting better and better each time!
This new edit hes been sitting on for a while now, and alot of the clips were filmed last year. Nothing is out dated though and every trick stands out.
The banger is one thing I've never seen before so be sure to check it out even just for that!

April Fools w/ Jayde Cunningham & Erik Dunn
Jayde just posted this video up on facebook yesterday that he and Erik had put together on April Fools, I messaged him and asked if he could throw it up on vimeo or youtube so I could get it up on here.
Both these kids are super young still and have so much potential, their parents are super supportive of what they do and that makes a big difference! I was invited out to Eriks place last year (were this is filmed) for a little jam before it got too cold to ride, and the setup they have to ride is comparable to any skatepark around.
Check this edit out now, and expect to see some more bangin' stuff in the future...

Sour Fever - Chase Davidson Self Edit
The other day I went out to Forest Glade Skatepark and filmed a short little self edit for Sour Fever.
There is a few reasons why I like doing self edits, the main one being if I don't land something first try, I'm not feeling sorry for the guy standing and filming. But other then that it also gives me a chance to set up the camera the way I want and if I don't like the way its filmed then I'm the one to blame.
Heres it is:

Hill Sulpher - Midnight Lumberjacks
I know Hill has been killin' it on the board constantly but looking back to 2009 in his part in the Change Skateboards DVD "Midnight Lumberjacks" is still incredibly insane!
Featuring guest clips from Dallas Ives and Jamie Jeffrey.
Just happened to catch this one going around facebook again and figured I needed to get this up so everyone can see it.
